D2C Growth & Conversion Specialist (Philippines)

We need to hire a results-driven digital growth operator — not an agency talker, not a content dabbler.

You must know how to

get attention → stop the scroll → drive action → convert to real $$ sale.

CORE MISSION OF THE ROLE

Turn traffic ( which you will build ) into paying D2C customers through elite execution across SEO, social, Shopify funnels, and conversion-driven content.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE YOU HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE

Candidates must show real examples from prior roles where they:

  • Built eyeballs / reach from scratch
  • Created content that stopped the scroll
  • Used high-converting CTAs to drive action
  • Converted traffic into actual online sales (not just engagement)
  • Worked in FMCG, beverage, food, or lifestyle brands

REQUIRED SKILL SET

  • SEO — on-page, technical, keyword intent, traffic growth
  • Social media growth — content strategy + performance mindset
  • Shopify expertise (MANDATORY)

– Conversion funnels

– PDP optimisation

– Checkout optimisation

– Upsells / bundles / AOV lifts

  • Online consumer psychology
  • CTA strategy — landing pages, ads, PDPs
  • Canva (fast execution of marketing visuals)
  • Website management (Shopify backend confidence)
  • Understanding of paid + organic traffic interplay

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
