We are seeking a talented Visual Merchandising Coordinator/Graphic Designer who is an expert in Adobe InDesign. This role will support our team managing over 1000 Lenscrafters stores with visual merchandising communication, including guidelines for initiatives such as monthly marketing updates and new store openings. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented with excellent analytical and project management skills, capable of working closely with cross-functional partners.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $29/hr. (may differ based on skills, education, experience, and other qualifications)

Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (predominantly InDesign)
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to manage complex data and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong team skills with an aptitude for cross-functional interactions
Responsibilities
- Establish working templates for all guidelines in Adobe CS software
- Support all projects with prop strategies and space planning
- Provide guidelines for all visual merchandising setups
- Assist with New Stores, Remodels, and Relocations (NRR) with necessary guidelines
- Manage digital platforms for guideline uploads
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in a retail channel with a multi-brands approach
- Proven understanding of multi-brand visual merchandising and in-store execution
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Proficient in managing data using Microsoft Excel and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work effectively within a complex organization
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred

- 4-5 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or graphic design roles
