Are you passionate about e-commerce and ready to expand your skills? We’re hiring three versatile individuals to join our Toronto team, where you’ll be cross-trained in both warehouse operations and customer service.

We’re a well-established Amazon Canada seller in multiple categories and are continuing to grow across other e-commerce platforms in the consumer electronics and automotive spaces.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to work in both warehouse operations and customer support, providing a dynamic and rewarding experience. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from shipping and returns to helping customers.

What You Will Do

Warehouse Operations

  • Process inbound returns and prepare outbound shipments
  • Pack pallets for bulk shipments via freight carriers
  • Maintain organized records using internal logs and systems
  • Coordinate with manufacturers for warranty replacements and communicate with suppliers
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Customer Service

  • Provide email support for customers on returns, shipping, and other inquiries
  • Resolve issues by working with courier companies, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Occasionally make phone calls to customers, suppliers, or couriers as needed
  • Participate in special review projects and tasks to improve customer satisfaction

Who You Are

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with moderate physical labor and holding a valid driver’s license
  • Adaptable with strong computer skills and a quick learner when it comes to new software
  • Eager to learn and grow in both warehouse and customer service roles
  • Experience in a warehouse environment (especially processing returns) or e-commerce customer service is a strong asset
