Position Overview

The Park Operations & Marketing Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the amusement park including rides, watersports activities, food court operations, guest experience, sales growth, and marketing initiatives. The role requires strong operational leadership and the ability to drive visitor engagement and revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Park Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of amusement rides, water sports facilities, and food court.
  • Ensure safety standards, maintenance schedules, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with ride operators, lifeguards, food vendors, and support staff.
  • Monitor crowd management and guest safety protocols.

2. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Develop strategies to increase ticket sales, memberships, and event bookings.
  • Monitor daily revenue reports from rides, watersports, and food court.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling packages, group bookings, and corporate events.

3. Marketing & Promotions

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams for social media promotions, advertisements, and partnerships.
  • Develop seasonal offers, festival promotions, and attraction campaigns to increase footfall.

4. Guest Experience Management

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and visitor satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service improvements.
  • Maintain cleanliness, ambiance, and overall park environment.

5. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and supervise park staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and ensure staff productivity.
  • Maintain proper staff scheduling and shift management.

6. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, government guidelines, and operational policies.
  • Conduct regular safety audits for rides and watersports equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in amusement park, resort, hospitality, or entertainment operations.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and operations management.
