About The Role
We're seeking a data-obsessed digital strategist who lives and breathes SEO, AEO (AI Engine Optimization), GEO (Google Ecosystem Optimization), and Google Ads. You'll be the architect behind DrBalcony's digital visibility — blending technical expertise, creative strategy, and AI-enhanced execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • SEO Leadership:
    • Develop and execute technical + on-page + off-page SEO strategies to dominate California's SB 326 / SB 721 search ecosystem.
    • Conduct competitive research, keyword mapping, content optimization, and link-building campaigns.
    • Ensure all SEO practices are integrated into web, landing page, and blog content.
  • Google Ads Mastery:
    • Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Search, Display, Local, Performance Max).
    • Continuously A/B test copy, creative, and audiences for CTR and conversion lift.
    • Track and improve full-funnel attribution — from ad click to signed contract.
  • AI-Powered Growth:
    • Use generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, etc.) to ideate, draft, automate, and optimize campaigns.
    • Implement and iterate SEO/SEM automations using AI-assisted coding environments (Cursor, Replit, etc.).
    • Constantly test new AI techniques to accelerate performance.
  • Attribution & Analytics:
    • Build and refine data funnels in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
    • Attribute leads and revenue accurately through Salesforce & Marketing Cloud integrations.
    • Deliver data-backed insights and actionable recommendations weekly.
  • Strategic Contributor:
    • Bring fresh, out-of-the-box marketing ideas — not just execute tasks.
    • Collaborate with design, content, and dev teams to experiment with new approaches.
    • Stay ahead of Google algorithm changes, AI SEO trends, and automation opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in SEO and Google Ads (preferably in B2C or service industries).
  • Proven success ranking websites in competitive local markets.
  • Deep understanding of GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
  • Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, and Jasper.
  • Strong grasp of attribution models, conversion tracking, and funnel analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Cursor) for productivity and campaign automation.
  • Some experience with HTML/CSS/JS or web CMS environments preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with creative instincts — a strategist who experiments.
  • Excellent written communication and collaboration skills.
The Pay Range For This Role Is
80,000 - 100,000 USD per year(Santa Ana, California)
