Job Title: Growth Marketing Director

Compensation: $157,000 - $204,000 Annual Salary

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role

The Growth Marketing Director leads performance-driven strategies that accelerate revenue, strengthen guest acquisition and retention, and optimize digital and in-restaurant marketing. This role partners closely with the Brand Marketing Team to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with our Purpose, Mission, and Values while delivering on the brand's= A newly created function, this team encompasses CRM, paid media, lifecycle marketing, off-premise business growth, beverage business, and location specific sales-driving initiatives, ensuring campaigns are data-informed and results-focused. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and financial acumen, translates performance insights into actionable plans, and brings a process-driven, solutions-oriented approach to scaling efficient and measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead data-driven acquisition and lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns across CRM, paid media, and digital channels to accelerate revenue growth and guest engagement. Oversee agency and platform partners, own performance results, and collaborate with Brand Marketing to ensure campaigns align to brand standards and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Partner with the Brand Marketing Director on new restaurant opening strategy and planning, owning demand generation, paid media activation, CRM, performance forecasting, and measurement. Lead all performance components from pre-launch through post-launch to maximize traffic, reservation demand, and long-term guest value.
  • Develop and lead sales-driving local restaurant marketing initiatives, applying market insights, guest data, and competitive intelligence to target demand, optimize conversion, and drive revenue across all locations. Partner with Brand Marketing to ensure alignment with brand storytelling and guest experience goals.
  • Oversee beverage strategy in partnership with culinary and operations, including experimentation, pricing, promotions, and performance analysis to ensure the category contributes meaningfully to traffic, check average, and overall sales growth.

  • Lead long-term growth strategy and performance optimization for off-premise channels, including delivery, takeout, and marketplace partnerships, to drive incremental sales and guest acquisition.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering analytical rigor, experimentation, accountability, and a performance-driven mindset aligned with company priorities and values.
  • Oversee the gift card program across channels, optimizing promotions, distribution, and seasonal campaigns to drive incremental revenue and guest acquisition.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality marketing, with a proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns and teams from planning through launch and 6+ years in sr. leadership and function lead roles
  • Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to define KPIs, measure performance, manage budgets, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth.
  • Ability to develop business cases, forecast performance, and apply data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns, channels, and investments.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience developing and executing on CRM, paid media and/or lifecycle marketing, with a focus on experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Experience leading creative
  • Experience leading social media strategy and growth
