Derby - A leading and fast-growing D2C responsible Men's Wear Brand, headquartered in Chennai is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing & E-commerce Growth Manager who will play a critical role in developing the e-commerce division as a separate revenue channel.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Growth Professional with a strong background in Performance Marketing, Retention Marketing, and D2C brand scaling.

This is not an entry-level role. Freshers and candidates with under 2 years of relevant experience need not apply.

You must have hands-on experience managing growth for a D2C brand and be able to demonstrate measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance channels
  • Improve ROAS, CAC, and contribution margins
  • Scale ad accounts profitably
  • Build and test high-converting funnels

2. Retention Marketing

  • Own email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing
  • Improve repeat purchase rate and LTV
  • Build automation flows and lifecycle campaigns
  • Drive customer segmentation and retention strategy

3. E-commerce Optimization

  • Improve conversion rate (CRO)
  • Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows
  • Work closely with creative and content teams

4. SEO & GEO Optimization

  • Work on on-page SEO and search visibility
  • Implement structured content strategies
  • Leverage AI tools provided by the company for SEO and GEO optimization
  • Improve organic discovery and long-term acquisition channels

You do not need to be an SEO expert, but you must understand the fundamentals and execution process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in D2C E-commerce
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue with performance marketing
  • Demonstrable improvement in ROAS, LTV, and retention metrics
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and analytics
  • Experience working inside a high-growth D2C brand
  • Analytical mindset with execution speed
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
