We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Ecommerce Manager to lead all aspects of our digital marketing and online sales. You’ll own the performance of our ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, and social channels—driving traffic, conversion, and brand engagement across the customer journey. Ecommerce & Website Manage and optimise Dennys Brands’ ecommerce site (UX, merchandising, SEO, GEO, CRO) Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Analyse performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements Digital Marketing Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (email, paid media, SEO, content) Collaborate on creative assets and messaging aligned with brand tone and product strategy Manage agency relationships and digital budgets Social Media & Content Own social strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms Work with the team to help create engaging content that celebrates chef culture, product innovation, and hospitality stories Monitor engagement and grow community presence Manage listings and performance on various platforms Ensure brand consistency, pricing integrity, and customer service excellence Explore new digital sales channels and partnerships Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and marketplace management Understanding of the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (ppc, email marketing, link generation, online PR, SEO, offline marketing and PR, affiliate programmes, etc.) Understanding of order management/customer fulfilment in an ecommerce context Experience using packages like Excel, Photoshop, etc Computer literate and understanding of basic web technologies (FTP, browsers, basic HTML, data files) Familiar with data management Website · Ensure website is up to date and functions as specified · Scope and document ongoing website functional projects/improvements · Test and deploy functional projects/improvements · Liaise with ecommerce agency regarding the day-to-day management of the website · Liaise with internal resources regarding the day-to-day management of the website · Evaluate approaches & strategies to improve website sales conversions & customer engagement Marketing · Understand and develop sources of traffic (& the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, catalogues etc. · Produce reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc.) To meet and exceed all agreed performance objectives (sales, conversions, engagement) · Meet internal service levels for website activity and management · We are a long-established UK business with roots back to 1840, providing high-quality workwear and uniform solutions to customers across multiple industries.
