KT Appliance is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This position focuses on converting online inquiries into completed appliance sales while providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has appliance industry sales experience, strong product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage website sales channels including online inquiries, live chat, phone calls, and abandoned carts.
Convert website traffic and customer inquiries into completed appliance sales.
Provide expert recommendations based on customer needs, space specifications, and budget.
Guide customers through the purchasing process from inquiry to order completion.
Manage customer orders through delivery and ensure a smooth experience.
Resolve customer questions or issues related to orders.
Coordinate with purchasing, shipping, and customer service teams.
Support ecommerce growth and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous appliance sales experience is required.
Strong knowledge of major appliance brands and products.
Proven ability to close sales and build customer relationships.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced ecommerce sales environment.
