Digital Advertising Manager – Forgelight Marketing

Forgelight Marketing is looking for a PPC / Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in developing, managing, and optimizing high-performing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You’ll craft campaigns that deliver measurable results for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing data, improving performance, and continuously testing new strategies to maximize campaign success.

We are not looking for someone to say to us "what do you want me to do" we are looking for someone who can research and develop campaigns. That includes things like how the ads should visually look, tag lines and sub-text, AND the overall campaigns setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Assist with ad copywriting, AI image generation, and campaign creation
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing
• Manage campaign budgets and monitor KPIs to maximize ROI
• Analyze performance data and prepare clear, actionable reports for clients
• Collaborate with content and design teams to develop high-converting landing pages
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, PPC management, or market research
• Proven experience creating and implementing campaigns that generate strong ROI
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing analytics tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a creative team

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with AI tools for creative production
• Familiarity with geofencing advertising platforms
• Experience with landing page optimization or CRO
• Google Ads or Meta certifications
