Overview

We are seeking a versatile individual to join our team as an E-commerce Web and Graphic Designer. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating visually appealing and functional websites, with a focus on e-commerce solutions. The successful candidate will have experience in basic web development, e-commerce management, and graphic design, particularly with the BigCommerce platform. Responsibilities:

Web Development

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement and customize e-commerce functionalities specifically on BigCommerce platforms. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for speed and scalability. E-commerce Management:

Manage product listings, categories, and user experience on the e-commerce site. Integrate payment gateways, manage inventory, and handle order processes. Analyze user behavior and optimize site performance based on analytics. Graphic Design:

Create engaging visual content including banners, logos, product images, and promotional materials. Work closely with marketing teams to produce designs that align with brand guidelines. Utilize graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Collaboration:

Work with content writers, SEO specialists, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective online presence. Provide technical support and user training for the website as needed. Requirements:

Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work. Familiarity with BigCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; knowledge of PHP or other back-end languages is a plus. Solid understanding of SEO principles and web usability standards. Experience with graphic design tools and a keen eye for design aesthetics. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members. Nice to Have:

Experience with other e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Understanding of digital marketing strategies. Education:
