Chine Digital Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive (Full-Time)

W*e arehiring a Digital Marketing Executive* who can independently manage social media, Meta ads, content strategy, SEO, Google add and performance optimisation.

This role is perfect for someone who is experienced, execution-focused, and confident managing multiple brands and campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Create content plans, calendars, and ensure consistent posting
• Write scripts and content for reels, ads, and promotional creatives
• Support SEO optimisation (on-page SEO, blog/content optimisation, basic technical checks)
• Track performance metrics (ads + social), analyse results, and improve ROI
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and internal teams to execute campaigns smoothly
• Maintain weekly reporting and campaign updates for internal review
• Run Google Add

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (agency or multi-brand experience preferred)
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Social media management
• Meta Ads (FB/IG Ads Manager)
• Working knowledge of:
• SEO basics (on-page SEO, keyword strategy, content optimisation)
• Content planning and brand communication
• Ability to manage campaigns independently (strategy → execution → reporting)
• Good communication skills (team coordination + clear reporting)
• Strong analytical thinking and performance mindset (CTR, CPL, ROAS, engagement growth)
