Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Dhekiajuli, Assam

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle complete SEO (Search Engine Optimization) activities (On-page & Off-page)
• Perform keyword research and improve website ranking on Google
• Plan and manage Instagram Ads campaigns
• Conduct product photoshoots
• Create and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns
• Generate leads through WhatsApp Marketing
• Create engaging social media content (Posts, Reels, Stories)
• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI
• Track and prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
• Increase brand awareness and drive online sales

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of SEO tools
• Experience in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
• Creative mindset for content creation
• Good communication skills
• Ability to generate leads and increase engagement

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing / Digital Marketing Certification
• Experience in retail or e-commerce marketing preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
