Purpose
We are seeking a visionary, high impact Chief Marketing Officer to define and lead the next chapter of our brand and growth strategy. This leader will architect how we show up in the market, shape how we tell our story, create sustained demand, and sharpen our competitive positioning across every channel.
The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic architect and bold storyteller. You understand how to build a marketing engine that fuels a measurable pipeline while elevating a brand that is modern, confident, and category defining.
This is not a campaign management role. It is an enterprise level leadership position responsible for aligning brand, demand, and revenue. You will partner closely with Executive Leadership, Sales, and Product to ensure strategy, storytelling, and growth move in lockstep.

You are a growth architect and brand builder who has led marketing in high growth, performance driven environments. You understand the math behind the pipeline and the power behind brand equity. You move with urgency and operate with accountability.
You have scaled marketing through meaningful stages of revenue growth and bring an entrepreneurial mindset grounded in disciplined execution.
You are a bold storyteller. You know how to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives that resonate emotionally and commercially. You are confident in using digital and social platforms aggressively and strategically to expand reach and influence.
You are visually sophisticated and understand that some stories are best told through imagery and motion. Experience integrating video into brand storytelling is highly valued. Our solutions are human and mission driven, and the most powerful moments are often best expressed visually. While agency partners will support execution, you are capable of shaping creative direction and elevating how the brand shows up across video, digital, and social platforms.
You bring executive presence and confidence at the leadership level, while also inspiring teams through empathy, passion, and energy. You balance classic brand fundamentals with contemporary, minimalist execution. You know when to say more and when to say less.

- Drive demand creation and measurable pipeline acceleration across target segments
- Define and sharpen competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving market
- Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, media, events, and content
- Elevate brand consistency and differentiation across every customer touchpoint
- Build, mentor, and scale a high performing marketing organization
- Guide agency partners while maintaining strong internal ownership of brand direction
