Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive merchandise strategy across global businesses.
- Establish financial strategies that drive profitability through strong product lifecycle management and margin achievement.
- Create and manage product assortments that identify growth opportunities, elevate product standards, and strengthen margin performance across core categories.
- Build strong internal and external partnerships to align buying strategies and inventory plans, ensuring optimal order quantities that support demand and deliver sustainable growth.
- Analyze top‑selling products and marketing impact to drive initiatives that support business plans and optimize performance.
- Evaluate sales and market trends to anticipate future opportunities, guide buying decisions, and fuel innovation.
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, inspiring alignment and support.
- Stay fluent in industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing, engaged team.
- Bachelor's degree
- 6-8 years of buying/merchant experience across wholesale and or international markets
- Experience leading a team of merchants/buyers
- Expert data analysis
- Skilled in Excel
- Skilled in Microsoft 365
- Proficient in PLM Systems
- 10+ years of Merchant experience across wholesale and/or international markets
- Master’s Degree
- In-depth knowledge of retail merchandising, procurement, or category management
- Driven to achieve results that align with the strategic goals of the organization
