Parts Sales & E-commerce Assistant

We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual who will assist with the day to day operation of growing our small business. This role offers a chance to develop your career within a vibrant and innovative business specialising in commercial vehicle parts and vehicle CCTV safety systems , providing excellent prospects for progression and professional growth.

Sales are received through multiple sales channels including our e-commerce website. The successful candidate will have the ability to transact sales and pick pack; seeing the complete order process through. Listing new products with associated cross references to our operating system and website.

The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of the business, competitive salary based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Process sales through multiple sales channels - Email, Telephone, whats app and our e-commerce website
• Packing items for dispatch to customers
• Listing new products in our operating system and website
• Build relationships with customers aiming to win sales, improve margin and have excellent customer service
• Ensure all call backs are completed in a timely manner
• Utilising relevant business data to understand the opportunities across all customer bands and product groups
• Assist with customer technical enquiries
• Other duties as assigned by management

Candidate must have

• Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems
• Microsoft Office literate including excel
• Attention to detail
• Confidence and clarity in verbal and written communication
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
• Experience with automotive software Autopart MAM, encore would be a bonus but not essential
• E-commerce experience / knowledge
• Knowledge of the automotive industry or similar sectors
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and or auto electrical components.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
