E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to support and grow our UK Amazon activity across our three brands: Brodies, Segafredo and Puccino’s.
The role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of our Amazon marketplace activity, including sales performance, advertising, product listings and Brand Stores.
This is an office-based role, which can be based at either our Addlestone or Musselburgh office, depending on the successful candidate’s location.
Responsibilities
Amazon performance and optimisation
- Manage and optimise UK Amazon activity across all three brands
- Support the delivery of sales growth and performance targets
- Track sales and advertising performance, escalating insights and recommendations
Listings, Brand Stores and conversion
- Create, update and optimise product listings, including imagery, copy, variants and bundles
- Support the ongoing management of Brand Stores for each brand
- Assist with SKU selection and rationalisation, focusing on performance and margin
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rate and average basket value
Advertising and campaigns
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns
- Use a structured approach to keyword discovery and campaign optimisation
- Work with agency partners where required and support campaign reporting
- Monitor ROAS and ACOS, flagging opportunities to improve efficiency
Reviews, ratings and listing health
- Support compliant review generation and monitor customer feedback
- Track listing health and resolve issues in line with agreed processes
- Work closely with Operations to ensure product quality and delivery standards are maintained
Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Marketing teams
- Support wider ecommerce and direct-to-customer activity where required

Experience and Skills
Essential
- Experience managing Amazon UK accounts in a commercial environment
- Working knowledge of Seller Central and Amazon advertising platforms
- Strong attention to detail and a data-led approach
- Experience improving listings and supporting conversion performance
Desirable
- Food and drink, FMCG or consumables experience
- Exposure to Amazon DSP or audience-based targeting
- Experience supporting multiple brands or product ranges

- Commercially minded and keen to develop marketplace expertise
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Confident using Seller Central day to day
- Well organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and practical in approach

- Location: Addlestone, Surrey or Musselburgh, East Lothian
- Hours: Full time
- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
