At BOYNE Golf, we're looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our passionate team. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Partner with the golf management team to brainstorm and implement revenue-generating marketing programs.
- Content Creation & Execution: Develop email and social media content calendars, and create compelling campaigns using Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
- Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Build and segment customer lists, and design drip and nurture campaigns to guide customers along their journey.
- Testing & Optimization: Ensure all emails and landing pages are optimized across devices and platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet), and test for functionality (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
- Campaign Analysis: Dive into analytics to evaluate campaign performance, and recommend improvements based on real-time data.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all campaigns align with BOYNE Golf's brand standards, proofreading for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
- Social Media Advertising: Design eye-catching social media ads and sales collateral to boost brand visibility.
- Collaboration with Golf Operations: Work closely with the golf team to develop campaigns that promote new programs and special events.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest in digital marketing, email best practices, and CAN-SPAM regulations to ensure top-notch campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in email marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Experience in the golf, hospitality, or resort industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Litmus a plus).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to create engaging content and compelling digital experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies for better results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with website CMS.
- Video editing software.
- Email marketing tools (Litmus).
