Marketing & Social Media Specialist

Bowser Automotive is looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support our dealership marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in social media and digital marketing who enjoys content creation and community engagement in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director to assist with daily marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and dealership promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create, schedule, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Capture photos and short-form videos of vehicles, staff, and events
• Write engaging captions and promotional content
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a professional manner

Content & Branding Support

• Ensure posts align with company voice and branding
• Assist in maintaining consistency across digital channels
• Help develop promotional graphics and basic marketing materials

Website & Digital Support

• Assist with website updates, specials, and promotional content
• Track engagement metrics and provide basic performance insights

Campaign & Event Assistance

• Support sales events and seasonal marketing campaigns
• Assist with planning and promoting dealership events
• Collaborate with team members to gather content and marketing ideas

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of social media or digital marketing experience preferred
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and basic analytics
• Strong written communication skills
• Basic photography and video skills (smartphone proficiency acceptable)
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
