We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Technology Product Lead who will champion the optimization and advancement of Bausch + Lomb's marketing technology ecosystem. In this role, you will enhance our digital marketing efforts across consumer and other business units. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive MarTech strategy that aligns with our business goals, focusing on measurement, distribution, decision-making, design, and data capabilities.
  • Own and refine the MarTech product roadmap, prioritizing features that drive digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead Agile MarTech operations, managing backlog, sprint planning, and fostering collaboration across teams for continuous improvement.
  • Implement and enhance tools for marketing performance analytics, including MMM and Google Analytics, to track success.
  • Oversee the integration and management of distribution platforms for Email/SMS, Social, and Web communications.
  • Develop decision-making engines, customer scoring models, and offer management systems to enhance customer engagement.
  • Promote user-centric design for campaign assets through digital asset management and workflow tools, streamlining production processes.
  • Lead initiatives for data onboarding, integration, consent management, and audience management to effectively engage customers.
  • Establish data hygiene, governance, and naming conventions to enable accurate reporting and segmentation.
  • Facilitate the seamless integration of external media and commerce platforms to unify data flow and measurement.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, commercial teams, and agencies to align and integrate MarTech initiatives effectively.
  • Manage relationships with key MarTech vendors and platforms, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Encourage the adoption of AI technologies to enhance personalization, efficiency, and success across the consumer journey.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing technology, product ownership, or digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing MarTech solutions successfully.
  • Expertise in at least three areas: Measurement, Distribution, Decisioning, Design, or Data.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience with platforms like SFMC, Data Cloud, Optimizely, or Google Analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a matrixed environment, building connections and effectively influencing stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe, with experience in managing marketing backlogs and metrics.
  • Skilled at coordinating multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven business judgment and financial acumen.

The starting salary for this role ranges from $175,000.00 to $215,000.00, with actual compensation based on various factors.
