We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

Position: Full-Time

Pay: $18–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and online platforms
  • Answer social media messages and reply to comments in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer concerns with excellent service
  • Upload new items to the website and maintain product listings
  • Keep website content updated and organized
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth communication

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (e-commerce preferred)
  • Must be very comfortable using Shopify
  • Experience uploading products and managing website content
  • Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Kind, patient, and customer-focused
  • Honest, responsible, and serious about work
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
