Job Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager – Paid Social to drive scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth across paid social channels. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Director and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to accelerate customer acquisition and expand Azazie’s reach across new and existing audiences.

Responsibilities and Duties
Paid Social Strategy & Execution
- Partner with the Director of Product to own strategic planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
- Build always-on and seasonal campaign plans spanning annual, quarterly, and monthly roadmaps
- Develop and maintain channel forecasts aligned with business goals, CAC targets, and revenue KPIs
Campaign Optimization & Experimentation
- Manage full-funnel campaigns from audience segmentation to conversion and remarketing
- Perform ongoing optimizations across bids, budgets, audiences, placements, and creatives to maximize ROAS and efficiency
- Design structured testing roadmaps (creative, audience, landing pages, placements) and rapidly implement learnings
Analytics & Performance Insights
- Monitor performance metrics, diagnose trends, and surface actionable insights to improve conversion efficiency
- Build data-driven recommendations and reporting dashboards
- Partner with Analytics and Product to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, pixels, UTM structure, and data integrity
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative, Influencer, Organic Social, and Content teams to source, brief, and test ad creatives
- Collaborate with Product and Tech to support landing page testing, site funnel optimizations, and experimentation
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify industry trends, new formats, and emerging acquisition channels

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing with a strong focus on Paid Social (Meta required; Pinterest/TikTok strongly preferred)
- Deep hands-on campaign management expertise in bid strategies, budget pacing, audience testing, and creative iteration
- Proven track record scaling Paid Social or CAC-driven acquisition programs in a high-growth DTC or e-commerce environment
- Highly analytical—comfortable with forecasting, A/B testing, and data deep dives to uncover insights
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixel management, attribution models, and retargeting
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets and analytics platforms (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, attribution tools, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and experience partnering cross-functionally with creative, product, engineering, and leadership
- DTC ecommerce experience (fashion, bridal, apparel preferred)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams preferred
- Startup or high-growth brand experience preferred
