Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We're looking for an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and evolve Atlas's lifecycle engine—from first touch through long-term loyalty. This role blends strategy and execution: you'll build high-performing email programs, design lifecycle journeys across multiple products, and use data to continuously improve retention, engagement, and revenue from existing customers.


Atlas Coffee Club is redefining how the world experiences coffee: from award-winning single origins to functional wellness blends. Our direct-to-consumer brand is scaling rapidly across Coffee Club, Tea Club, and Atlas+, our new wellness coffee line.



➡️ What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell, upsell, and win-back
  • Build and scale high-performing email programs across multiple product lines
  • Plan and execute campaigns for launches, gifting moments, and seasonal pushes
  • Design thoughtful segmentation and personalization strategies that actually move LTV
  • Build, test, and optimize automated flows (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, churn, transactional)
  • Use testing and performance analysis to continuously refine messaging, timing, and offers
  • Serve as a bridge between lifecycle marketing and digital product, ideal for someone who wants to grow into broader product ownership while leading and developing a team of email marketers


➡️ What You Bring

  • 5+ years in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing at a DTC or subscription brand
  • Proven experience driving retention and LTV for products with longer purchase cycles
  • Deep hands-on experience with Klaviyo
  • Strong analytical instincts paired with solid creative judgment
  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment
  • Genuine passion for coffee and curiosity about origin, craft, and how product stories come to life through the customer experience

Base salary range - $80,000-130,000/year. Individual pay is based on factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, and other job-related reasons.
