We help clients understand ownership structures, risk indicators, compliance exposure, and trust transparency across Asian counterparties.
We are looking for a CRM Analyst to support our marketing and sales teams by managing our HubSpot CRM, improving data quality, and driving better visibility across the customer journey.
Requirements Must-Have Requirements 2 years' experience (5 years maximum) in a sales or marketing environment Hands-on experience using a CRM system (ideally HubSpot) Understanding of the lead lifecycle (MQL ? SQL ? Opportunity ? Customer) Comfortable working with both marketing and sales teams Strong analytical mindset with ability to build reports and dashboards Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Degree educated Role Responsibilities Own and manage HubSpot CRM (pipelines, properties, workflows, permissions) Maintain high data quality (deduplication, enrichment, segmentation) Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency Support marketing campaigns through lists, automation workflows, and tracking Work with sales to improve lead routing, qualification, and pipeline visibility Build and maintain dashboards to track performance across the funnel How Success Will Be Measured Improvement in lead-to-opportunity conversion rates High CRM data quality (accuracy, completeness, low duplication) Strong marketing performance tracking (lead volume, cost per lead, attribution clarity)
