Ecommerce Marketing Manager

We are a rapidly growing furniture company dedicated to providing our customers with high-quality, innovative, and comfortable furniture products. We are currently seeking a talented eCommerce Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our online business. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by first understanding the current business model, and make use of your extensive experience to develop business plans and lead the sales team, achieving the annual and monthly goals; and coordinating with our HQ, Product developer, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Warehouse departments to expand market share. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sale team, previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.
- *Responsibilities**:
- *Online Platform Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our eCommerce platforms, including our website and third-party platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and Home Depot, ensuring smooth operation.
- Regularly update and optimize product pages to ensure accurate and detailed product information, enhancing user experience.
- *Marketing and Promotion**:
- Plan and execute major promotional events, utilizing various platform resources and tools to maximize sales.
- *Data Analysis and Optimization**:
- Use data analysis tools such as Google Analytics to regularly analyze website traffic, conversion rates, sales data, etc., and propose improvement plans.
- Continuously optimize product listings, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and user experience through A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- *Sales Team Leadership**:
- Lead and manage the sales team, set sales goals and strategies, and use various methods to improve sales performance.
- Monitor the performance of the sales team, provide guidance and training, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer service teams to coordinate resources and jointly increase sales.
- *Brand Building and Maintenance**:
- Maintain and enhance the brand image, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all eCommerce platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and develop brand growth strategies.
- *Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Over 3 years of eCommerce platform management experience, preferably in the furniture industry.
- Extensive experience in North America sales market, and familiar with other brands.
- Familiar with the operation rules and promotional methods of major eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and Home Depot, and can effectively use various resources and tools to boost sales.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies to expand sales channels, platform, and eventually expand sales regions.
- Experience in channels and platforms relationship management.
- Extensive sales management experience, capable of leading the sales team to achieve performance targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong PC skills with extensive Excel and data management
- Work with proven weekly and monthly reports

Pay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
