Mission:

Manage Quality systems in the North America territory to ensure full compliance with Antolin guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assure that the plants under her/his responsibility achieve the expected customer satisfaction levels related to product conformity.
• Assure that the plants under her/his responsibility do not trespass the expected quality and non-quality cost levels.
• To support the manufacturing sites to achieve the quality targets when necessary (training, technical analysis, etc.).
• To participate and support the external escalations processes with customers.
• Support for all related training to quality, customer and other certification systems in the territory.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• At least 10 years of experience in automotive or related field required.
• At least 5 years of experience in quality department, advisable experience managing teams
• Experience with Statistics Techniques (Six Sigma or similar)
• Experience with manufacturing processes (plastic injection moulding, painting, metallic stamping, foaming, fabrics, lamination, electronics, assembly)
• Experience with ISO 9001
• Experience with IATF 16949
• Professional and effective communication and representation skills.
• Ability to sit, stand and have mobility to move around the office or manufacturing environment, when needed.
• Ability to conduct computer work or engage in discussion with employees.
• Self confident, good communication skills, proactive, leadership skills, able to make decisions, team spirit, analytical, customer oriented
• May require travel.
