Analyst - Lending Engagement Marketing

This role is ideal for a proactive and customer-centric marketer with excellent project management skills, who is motivated by collaborating with partners across the organization, and excited to make a mark on the business. Partner with cross functional teams, including the Lifecyle and Loyalty Marketing team, Consumer Lending, Premium Products, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance to develop marketing. Lead the end to end campaign execution, including partnering with creative agencies, partnering internally to shepherd creatives through review processes, delivering targeting files, and more. Lead performance management, including analyzing campaign results, tracking channel metrics and budget optimization. This role will be focused on developing awareness, reinforcement and re-engagement marketing for lending features such as Pay Over Time, Pay It Plan It and Personal Loans.
