Job Profile: Accountant (E-commerce)

About the Company

A&J CONSOLIDATES is an e-commerce company engaged in selling kids’ toys through leading online marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain daily accounts and financial records
• Record purchases, sales, expenses, and employee expenses
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Handle fund transfers and monitor cash flow

2. Reconciliation

• Order-wise payment reconciliation for Amazon & Flipkart
• Daily bank transaction reconciliation
• Marketplace settlement reconciliation
• Preparation of payment balance statements

3. Financial Reporting

• Preparation of Monthly Balance Sheet
• Preparation of Profit & Loss Account
• Monthly product-wise sales reports
• Unit sales reports
• Claim settlement reports
• Return loss statements
• Goods lost in transit reports
• Daily stock reports

4. Inventory & Expense Management

• Track inventory and stock movement
• Monitor and record employee expenses
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Tally ERP (preferred)
• Experience in e-commerce accounting (preferred)
• Good understanding of GST and taxation compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Educational Qualification

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or relevant accounting qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
