We’re entering an exciting new chapter built around growth through storytelling-driven organic content and a community-first approach. We’re looking for a strategic Social Media Manager to help us elevate our presence, nurture our audience, and scale.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating and curating engaging content, developing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and writing captivating social media posts.

Core ResponsibilitiesSocial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with launches, campaigns, paid strategy, and brand goals across our Instagram and TikTok.
- Build frameworks for IG Reels, TikToks, static content, and community features.
Content Direction & Oversight
- Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers, videographers, and photographers.
- Write clear briefs with hooks, angles, and messaging aligned to brand tone.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, visually cohesive, and strategically aligned.
- Edit or refine light content when needed
Influencer & UGC Management
- Source, vet, and negotiate with content creators.
- Manage product gifting and creative guidelines.
- Repurpose influencer content for organic and paid use.
- Build and manage Aiori’s own creator pool.
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, DMs, and community conversations.
- Identify loyal fans and create opportunities to feature community voices.
- Build micro-moments that deepen connection with our brand story.
Reporting & Insights
- Track and report performance weekly and monthly.
- Identify content patterns, best-performing angles, and improvement areas.
- Collaborate with paid media to align creative insights across teams.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in social media content and community management for brands, preferably in fashion and fashion accessories space
- Degree in marketing or relevant field is an asset
- A strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and strategic thinking
- Experience making TikToks/Reels (including editing, and knowledge of the both platforms) is required
- Experience managing influencers and UGC creators.
- Advanced understanding of the impact of social media and experience measuring its performance
- Experience using Adobe Suite, Canva, and other graphic design tools
- Experience with editing software (eg. Capcut)
- Eye for viral content, engaged with latest trends on social platforms
- High level of ownership
