Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new global accounts.

Generate sales of digital products and services to global accounts.

Utilize problem-solving strategies to meet customer needs.

Monitor customer satisfaction and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and preferences.

Stay up-to-date on new products and services.

Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure success.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.

Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
