Your Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer-facing roles within the High Tech sector. As a strategic thinker with a consulting background, you will excel in communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading and collaborating with teams will set you apart. You will have a proven track record in business development and successfully driving transformative initiatives.

Your qualifications include

  • Building trust with clients, including Chief Customer Officers and Operations leaders, to influence significant business and technology decisions.
  • Collaborating across various services to craft comprehensive solutions for clients.
  • Applying critical thinking to identify client challenges and develop tailored strategies.
  • Staying ahead of trends in High Tech, Generative AI, and sales to position Accenture as an industry leader.
  • Having a solid understanding of the interplay between technology, digital platforms, and evolving business models.
  • Establishing strong client relationships and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly when conveying insights to executives.
  • Leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional project results.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, leverage your expertise to tackle client challenges in digital transformation and sales.

  • Assess client needs and create influential strategies that generate business value.
  • Provide thought leadership on digital transformation trends specific to the High Tech sector.
  • Manage digital transformation projects, ensuring quality and alignment with client expectations.
  • Conduct value analysis to uncover opportunities for clients and Accenture.
  • Assist clients in navigating critical decisions related to their business strategy.
  • Develop your skills while mentoring junior team members, upholding Accenture's thought leadership.
  • Contribute to the profitability of client engagements and explore avenues for additional value creation.

What You Need

  • 9+ years of experience in the High Tech Industry.
  • 7+ years in consulting or strategic roles.
  • 4+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An MBA or an equivalent graduate degree.
  • A thorough understanding of B2B Customer Engagement models.
  • Experience delivering and selling large advisory programs across resource-based industries.
  • Familiarity with customer sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with Generative AI solutions in sales contexts.
  • Understanding of customer back-office processes with platforms like Oracle and SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on role, location, and experience. For this position, we offer an annual salary range of $122,700 to $317,200, applicable across several U.S. locations.
