Your Role

As a Transformation Lead in our Banking Consulting practice, you will spearhead client projects at the crucial intersection of business strategy, technology, and operations. Retail banks are seeking our expertise to drive strategic transformations, integrate cutting-edge solutions, and modernize their operational frameworks. You will manage teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions, shape digital transformation agendas, and align technology initiatives with overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive client engagements that fuse business strategy with technological advancements and operational enhancements.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients, providing insightful and actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex challenges into practical, AI-focused and data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement effective data-driven operating models within retail banking.
• Utilize automation and AI to create intelligent workflows that enhance process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Accelerate transformation initiatives through agile methodologies and AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with technology teams to construct and execute digital transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead change management efforts to integrate AI and digital capabilities throughout organizations.
• Work across Accenture's ecosystem to provide integrated solutions that deliver maximum value to clients.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in areas such as management consulting, consumer or mortgage lending, or core banking.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver complex projects successfully.
• A Bachelor’s degree.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% (Monday through Thursday).

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience in deploying AI use cases or developing AI agents for banking processes.
• Hands-on expertise in generative AI solutions and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and data governance models.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for innovative consulting practices.
• Skilled in visual storytelling tools such as PowerPoint and data visualization platforms.

Compensation at Accenture varies based on numerous factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level. As required by law, Accenture provides a salary range for the roles listed below. We accept applications year-round and there is no application deadline.
