Procurement Transformation Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven individual with a proven track record in leading impactful transformation initiatives. This role involves collaborating with C-suite stakeholders to successfully navigate large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Articulate a clear transformation vision in partnership with C-suite executives to align on strategic priorities and construct a comprehensive transformation roadmap.
- Design and present a detailed transformation roadmap and business case that reflects client aspirations and objectives.
- Oversee various facets of the transformation process, analyzing project requirements and deliverables to pinpoint optimal solutions for clients.
- Manage project delivery and client interactions while effectively engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead a skilled team, providing direction and support for timely project execution.
- Pioneer innovation strategies by integrating GenAI, AI analytics, and automation solutions to enhance client operations.
- Engage senior stakeholders to cultivate support and commitment for transformation initiatives.
- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor, delivering expert insights and assistance to client stakeholders.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and knowledge-sharing efforts within the organization.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in Procurement.
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth functional expertise in comprehensive Procurement processes, including Source to Contract and Procure to Pay.
- Consulting experience is a significant advantage.
- Experience in implementing AI and RPA technologies within Procurement functions is highly desired.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multidisciplinary teams in client-facing environments.
- Outstanding project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
