The Work
Collaborate with clients on their SAP transformation journeys, utilizing your expertise in mid-market and SAP delivery by:
- Supporting project leaders in establishing effective workflows, tools, and governance processes while continually contributing improvement ideas.
- Aiding team leads in preparing documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Building strong partnerships with client counterparts, guiding them towards best practices with clear, accurate, and well-prepared information.
- Identifying and communicating risks, issues, and dependencies related to your responsibilities while assisting in mitigation strategies.
- Maintaining comprehensive plans, trackers, and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency across workstreams.
- Participating in the development of team assets, playbooks, and knowledge capital while constantly enhancing your own SAP and delivery skills.
Travel may be required for this role, with frequency varying based on business needs and client requirements.
Here's What You Need
- A minimum of 4 years of demonstrable experience as an SAP Project Management/Delivery Excellence consultant, with hands-on experience in relevant technologies and responsibilities.
- At least 2 complete end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, covering project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for SAP Project Management and overall Delivery Excellence.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working with mid-market clients and projects (handling multiple accounts simultaneously).
- Experience with industry-specific clients (preferably in Products, Resources, and CMT).
- Prior experience with the S/4 Private Cloud product.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum of 8 years of professional experience); if possessing an Associate's Degree, must have a minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
Compensation at Accenture varies based on multiple factors including office location, role, skills, and experience. Specific salary ranges for various locations are as follows:
- California: $70,350 to $196,000
- Cleveland: $59,100 to $156,800
- Colorado: $63,800 to $169,300
- District of Columbia: $68,000 to $180,300
- Illinois: $59,100 to $169,300
- Maryland: $63,800 to $169,300
- Massachusetts: $63,800 to $180,300
- Minnesota: $63,800 to $169,300
- New York: $66,300 to $196,000
- New Jersey: $68,000 to $196,000
- Washington: $80,200 to $180,300
