We’re seeking an Area Manager to support large-scale entertainment events, from internal meetings to fan-focused experiences. This role oversees planning, logistics, and onsite execution .

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for your assigned area, ensuring smooth load-in, daily execution, and load-out.
• Serve as primary contact for exhibitors, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, operations, venue services, security, and catering.
• Troubleshoot issues in real time and proactively solve potential challenges.
• Track and report on area operations and provide post-event feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hands on event production, operations, or stage management.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of technical production elements (lighting, audio, staging, video).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle fast-paced environments.
