Department Description: The International Marketing team manages the global rollout of theatrical film campaigns outside the U.S. We coordinate closely with regional offices and partners to localize creative assets, support territory-specific campaign needs, and ensure consistent messaging across all markets. Our work spans asset delivery, strategic campaign planning, and executional support of all aspects of the international marketing campaign. The team serves as a central hub between global stakeholders, ensuring that international campaigns are executed smoothly and on time. Responsibilities: Assist in compiling and maintaining campaign summaries and key milestone trackers across international markets, including localized campaign overviews Help manage international title submission documentation and coordinate updates across stakeholders and internal approval workflows Track delivery timelines and status of localized marketing assets (e.g., trailers, posters) in coordination with Global Marketing Operations Monitor regional requests and deadline submissions to support timely rollout of materials and facilitate follow-up where needed Organize and help analyze questionnaire responses and campaign insights for post-launch debriefs and executive summaries Contribute to building and updating documentation and tools that support international marketing operations, including asset tracking, title approvals, and censorship considerations Conduct research for international competitive analysis and help maintain a library of multi-territory campaign benchmarks Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, International Relations, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides) Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving priorities Interest in global media, international marketing, or entertainment industry operations Preferred Qualifications: Interest in international markets and awareness of cultural nuances in media consumption Curiosity about how global film campaigns come together across regions Previous internship or project experience in marketing, operations, or entertainment Familiarity with localization workflows, versioning, or asset management systems is a plus Comfortable with multitasking and prioritization of tasks, synthesizing information into summaries, trackers, or presentations Proficiency in a second language is a plus The anticipated base salary for this position is $22/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
