E-Commerce Customer Service Manager

We are assisting a client with an E-Commerce Customer Service Manager specializing in delivering top-notch products and seamless online experiences to their customers.

ONSITE - $65,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage e-commerce accounts across platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and others.
  • Develop strategies to increase online sales, optimize listings, and improve conversions.
  • Monitor pricing, inventory, and promotions to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and optimizing the shopping experience.
  • Work closely with customer support teams to develop policies and procedures that enhance service quality and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance digital campaigns and improve visibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with e-commerce partners, distributors, and vendors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, marketplace algorithms, and new e-commerce opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital sales.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with partners.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for driving results.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
