Senior Marketing Specialist, Email Marketing Automation

About the position
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, analyze, and optimize email marketing campaigns for Consumer customers across multiple channels.
- Create, test, execute, and grow email programs and workflows that support greater utilization of online support and account management self-service tools.
- Increase product usage and drive meaningful improvements in customer loyalty through effective marketing strategies.
- Support the launch and scale of lead generation and nurture marketing programs customized for the Consumer customer.
- Ensure all campaigns exceed industry standards in terms of deliverability, readability, conversion-focused design, and internal brand standards.
- Continuously stay updated on changing best practices in email design and optimization.
- Generate and analyze A/B and multi-variant testing strategies to optimize emails for open rates, click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and conversion.
- Analyze campaign metrics, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve performance for meaningful business outcomes.
- Regularly audit programs to ensure they meet and/or exceed the needs of internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5 years work experience in marketing or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Ability to evaluate data and measure success for marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with marketing automation technology and digital analytics tools.
- Strong interest in the Consumer vertical and online support needs.
- Dedication to staying updated on trends and best practices in acquisition and retention strategies.
- Results-oriented attitude and high motivation.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Keen attention to detail and strong relationship-building qualities.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of CSS/HTML is a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.

- Salary Range: \$92,000 to \$176,000
- 20 PTO (Paid Time Off) days + 10 paid holidays per year
