What You’ll Own

You’ll be the day-to-day lead for multiple client accounts, managing strategy, execution, communication, and reporting. Your job is to keep everything moving and make sure we’re making data-based decisions to deliver smart, effective marketing that drives results.

Client & Project Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for 4–6+ clients (mix of retainer and project)
  • Drive communication across internal teams (design, dev, copy, SEO)
  • Own project timelines and client priorities using Monday.com and Time Tracking platforms
  • Translate client needs into clear briefs and deliverables
  • Proactively upsell services where appropriate

Paid Media, SEO & Analytics

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Monitor campaign performance and take initiative to improve results
  • Create clear, actionable reports using GA4, Looker Studio, or similar
  • Provide basic SEO support (content strategy, SEMrush audits, metadata)

Copy, Content & Strategy

  • Write or review marketing copy that aligns with brand tone and audience needs
  • Advise on social and email strategy (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Support content planning and performance insights across digital channels

Workflow & Execution

  • Use tools like Figma, Office365, and ChatGPT (or similar) to drive efficiency
  • QA deliverables, troubleshoot blockers, and step in to solve problems
  • Manage client needs pragmatically, balancing value, clarity, and output

You’ll Need

  • 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience (agency or fast-paced in-house)
  • Excellent grasp of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, SEMrush, and CRM/ESP tools
  • Ability to understand data and make analytical changes to campaigns to improve performance
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines
  • Strong written communication skills, from client emails to ad copy
  • Sharp attention to detail, time management, and proactive problem-solving
  • Ability to log hours accurately, deliver efficiently, and respect client budgets
  • Experience using Monday.com (or similar) and Time Tracking platforms.
  • Based in the United States and legally authorized to work
