Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Remote E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing strategies, conceptually based in **Quebec City, Quebec, CA**. This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across our e-commerce platforms. You will leverage your expertise in social media marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing to enhance brand visibility and maximize customer acquisition and retention. This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from any location within Canada.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated e-commerce marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to drive qualified traffic and conversions. Oversee social media strategy, content creation, community management, and engagement initiatives. Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Create and manage engaging content for the website, blog, and social media channels. Analyze marketing campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, sales) to ensure a cohesive brand message and customer experience. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget effectively and ensure optimal ROI. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving online sales and growth. Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (an asset). Creative thinking and a passion for developing innovative marketing campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote work setting.
