Monitor and maintain the Inland Divisions social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, etc.

Collaborate on social media strategy that boost engagement and new followers

Communicate with our followers on a daily basis via witty and informative posts through Sprinklr

Monitor Sprinklr daily for messages & approvals of Regional posts

Respond to all social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Assist in the planning, implementing and managing of weekly schedules for all social media content relative to our brand

Facilitate creative content ideas and write copy that is consistent with our brand and incorporates SEO best practices

Monitor social media forums and community platforms, trends, and tools to recommend strategic plans

Regularly report insights gained from social media monitoring
