Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies aligned with marketing goals and target audience needs. Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines. Analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, traffic, conversion) and provide actionable insights for improvement. Manage the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across all channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and sales, to ensure content consistency and effectiveness. Stay ahead of industry trends in digital content, social media, and SEO. Develop and manage content style guides and ensure brand voice consistency. Identify opportunities for content innovation and experimentation. Mentor junior content team members and provide guidance on content best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing, preferably within the media industry. Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive measurable results. Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote team environment.
