As a Director specializing in product development and manufacturing, your role will involve improving processes and collaborating closely with clients. You will analyze product development lifecycles, identify inefficiencies, and formulate strategies to expedite market entry, reduce costs, and enhance quality. You'll also advise on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and utilizing digital technologies.

Preferred Fields of Study: Aerospace Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and related fields.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Proven experience in leading project management or client consultations within product development and manufacturing is essential, particularly in the following sectors:

• Industrial: Automotive, Aerospace, Chemicals, Industrial Manufacturing, or Construction.
• Technology: Hardware/Electronics, Systems, Software, Semiconductor, or Telecommunications.
• Life Sciences: Pharma, Medical Devices, Medical Technology & Diagnostics, or Animal Health.
• Consumer Markets: Food & Beverage or Vertically Integrated Retail.

You should possess extensive capabilities in

• Digital Manufacturing Application deployment.
• Digital Twin technologies.
• Strategic development of Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
• Manufacturing Decision Support and Analytics.
• Industrial IoT and Cloud Solutions.
• Operations Excellence and Maintenance Management.
