Position Overview

The Growth & Digital Marketing Manager at Prowire USA is a foundational role responsible for strategizing and executing digital marketing, growth campaigns, and customer acquisition initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who blends creativity with analytics and leverages AI tools to drive measurable growth. The position is based in a hybrid setting in Queen Creek, AZ (open to remote with periodic travel), serving a fast-growing e-commerce business in the motorsport and aviation sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage campaigns across SEM, social, email, and retargeting.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation, automation, and data analysis.
  • Optimize the e-commerce experience to increase conversion rates, repeat purchases, and lifetime value.
  • Implement marketing automation and personalization strategies to scale outreach efficiently.
  • Identify and engage new B2B customers through digital outreach and campaigns.
  • Support partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and industry teams.
  • Create systems to track and nurture leads through the customer journey.
  • Define key growth metrics (traffic, conversion, CAC, ROI by channel).
  • Collaborate with leadership to build the future marketing and sales structure.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and processes for future hires.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or e-commerce growth.
  • Proven ability to execute digital campaigns end-to-end, including planning, design, creative development, publication, and optimization.
  • Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, HubSpot AI, analytics platforms) for workflow efficiency and content development.
  • Experience growing revenue or traffic in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of operating independently.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email automation, CRM systems).
