Sales Territory: North America – United States and Canada

Work Location: Houston, TX 77060 / 25% Travel Required

Employment Type: Full Time

Typical Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Compensation / Pay Rate: $65,000 to $80,000 / year DOE

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Marketing Specialist based in Houston, Texas, to lead marketing initiatives across the United States and Canada. You will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with local market preferences and cultural nuances. Occasional business travel outside of Houston is required, depending on project or campaign needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • North America Campaign Management: Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns (social media, website, expos, events) tailored to U.S. and Canadian audiences and business goals.
  • Market Research: Analyze regional trends, competitor marketing activities, and customer behavior in both the U.S. and Canada to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Content Adaptation: Adapt global marketing content to fit local preferences in the U.S. and Canadian markets (including English and French where applicable).
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs (ROI, conversion rates, etc.) using platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other regionally relevant tools.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with local influencers, agencies, and media partners in both countries.
  • Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with U.S. and Canadian marketing and privacy regulations, including CASL and PIPEDA.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction machinery or industrial equipment sector in North America
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written); French is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Salesforce, and Criteo
  • Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in the construction equipment or related industry is preferred
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
  • MUST have a valid Passport
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%
