We’re a fast-growing digital advertising agency leveraging cutting-edge AI technology to enhance creativity, performance, and efficiency across campaigns. We’re looking for an experienced AI Expert who has worked within the advertising or marketing industry and understands how to apply AI to drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to improve creative production, media buying, targeting, and performance analytics
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to integrate AI tools into campaign workflows (e.g., ad concept generation, video editing, A/B testing, predictive targeting)
  • Optimize marketing operations using machine learning, automation, and data analysis
  • Stay current with emerging AI tools and platforms for advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snap, etc.)
  • Evaluate and implement AI-powered creative tools for copywriting, video production, and audience insights
  • Train internal teams on effective use of AI systems
  • Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities for automation and performance improvement
  • Help shape the agency’s AI strategy and innovation roadmap

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with AI tools and systems in a digital advertising or creative agency environment
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Proficiency with AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Jasper, ElevenLabs, etc.)
  • Experience with data analysis, prompt engineering, and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with Python, APIs, or AI model integration (a plus but not required)
  • Strong communication skills — ability to bridge creative and technical teams
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and emerging technology

Bonus Skills

  • Experience integrating AI into creative pipelines or ad campaign workflows
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement
  • Knowledge of generative video, voice, or image technologies
