Operations and Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and versatile team member to support both our social media engagement and daily administrative operations. This position plays a vital role in customer communication, internal order processing, and overall office efficiency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable balancing a variety of tasks throughout the day. This role is cross-trained with our administrative assistant, offering variety, skill development, and long-term growth potential.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage company social media platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and customer-focused tone
- Route inquiries to the appropriate team member when needed
Administrative & Office Support
- Assist with order processing and related paperwork
- Track orders, shipping details, and payment status
- Process customer payments accurately
- Support the administrative assistant with daily operational tasks
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional and confident in written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with computers, software systems, and learning new tools
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to multitask and shift priorities efficiently
- Calm, respectful, and solutions-focused with customers
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience with social media management or customer engagement
- Administrative, office, or customer service experience
- Familiarity with order processing, invoicing, or payment systems
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
