Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and versatile team member to support both our social media engagement and daily administrative operations. This position plays a vital role in customer communication, internal order processing, and overall office efficiency.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable balancing a variety of tasks throughout the day. This role is cross-trained with our administrative assistant, offering variety, skill development, and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage company social media platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and customer-focused tone
  • Route inquiries to the appropriate team member when needed

Administrative & Office Support

  • Assist with order processing and related paperwork
  • Track orders, shipping details, and payment status
  • Process customer payments accurately
  • Support the administrative assistant with daily operational tasks
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Maintain organized digital and physical records

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional and confident in written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working with computers, software systems, and learning new tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Able to multitask and shift priorities efficiently
  • Calm, respectful, and solutions-focused with customers

Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience with social media management or customer engagement
  • Administrative, office, or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with order processing, invoicing, or payment systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
