Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support digital transformation initiatives across departmentsAnalyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement digital tools and platformsSupport change management, training, and digital adoption effortsMonitor performance metrics and continuously optimize digital solutionsEnsure alignment between business objectives and technology strategyStay current on emerging digital trends and best practices

Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in digital transformation, process improvement, or technology implementationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentProficiency with digital tools, cloud platforms, or enterprise systemsExcellent time management and organizational skills

CompensationSalary Range: $105,000 $110,000 annually (based on experience and role type)Annual Bonus: Typically 10%20% of base salary
