Job Overview

As a Creative Digital Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services across various online channels. Your creative prowess, coupled with your digital marketing expertise, will be instrumental in elevating our online presence and driving engagement with our target audience. As a Creative Digital Marketing Associate, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand's story, engage with our audience, and contribute to the success of our company's growth in a meaningful way.

Job Duties

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to develop captivating and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets for use on our website, social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels
  • Social Media Management: Manage and curate our social media presence, creating compelling posts, monitoring user engagement, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media strategy
  • Email Marketing: Design visually striking email templates and craft engaging email campaigns to nurture leads, promote new products or services, and encourage customer retention
  • Website Management: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring that it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and up to date with the latest information and content
  • Digital Advertising: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to design eye-catching ad creatives and assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Branding and Design: Uphold and enhance the company's visual identity, ensuring consistent branding across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools, gather insights, and present data-driven reports to optimize marketing strategies continually
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovative marketing approaches

Motor Vehicle Report Monitoring

In the event Employee does not maintain the insurance coverage required under this Policy & Procedure, and/or does not maintain a valid license to operate a motor vehicle, that Employee shall not be eligible for mileage reimbursement and is barred from operating any motor vehicle in furtherance of Company business. Operating a motor vehicle in furtherance of Company business without a valid state-issued driver’s license to do so and/or maintain insurance of the type and amounts set forth herein shall subject the Employee to immediate disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, content creation, or graphic design
  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with video editing software
  • Demonstrated creativity and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and designs
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices for marketing
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and campaign management (experience with Constant Contact, Mail Champ a plus)
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment and communicate with members of all levels of management in a professional manner
  • Extremely organized (prioritization is key) with superior attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for marketing and out of the box thinking

Physical/Mental Requirements

Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting max. of 20 lbs.
