Position Overview
A2MAC1 is the leading provider of data and benchmarking analysis for the automotive industry worldwide and a market leader. With 25 years of experience, the company offers the most comprehensive set of benchmarking and cost calculation solutions that engineers and designers rely on at every stage of the automotive value chain.
We are seeking a Regional Marketing Manager EMEA & Americas to accelerate A2MAC1’s growth across both regions by generating demand, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement through targeted digital marketing initiatives and impactful regional events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize regional lead generation campaigns aligned with global marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage lead nurturing workflows to drive prospects through the sales funnel.
- Tailor global brand awareness campaigns to regional markets by adapting messaging, content, and channels to local audiences.
- Create, adapt, and manage content for region-specific channels, ensuring alignment with A2MAC1’s brand standards.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to refine regional approaches based on customer needs, market intelligence, and business priorities.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders and the Event Manager to deliver impactful events that enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance, tracking KPIs such as lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong background in digital marketing, demand generation, and lead nurturing.
- Proven experience in event management and working within global organizations having regional responsibilities.
- Understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes; automotive and/or SaaS experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with marketing CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Skilled in content creation, localization, and storytelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work in fast-paced, global environments.
- Excellent communication skills with native English proficiency; additional language skills, such as French, are a plus.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel.
